Can I return the items I have received?
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, for health and safety reasons we will not be accepting any items back to return. Hopefully, this will not always be the policy and I can be updated sooner then later but going forward. We will not be accepting returns until further notice. Thank you!

Shipping rate via USPS First class mail which is normally 2- 6 business days.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to priority, express or overnight please go to the listing for upgrade shipping and review the options available. Selection of the shipping upgrade places you in a priority position
The color I would like is not in the drop down for selection. How do I specify the color choice I would like?

Is this the right shop for me?
Somethings to consider when making an NKB purchase is that ALL the items are hand made and unique to that individual buyer. No one purchase is identical to the other because people make it their own, either with size or color customizations. So I need buyers to understand that takes time! If you don’t have the patience to wait, with this understanding in mind, we may not be the right shop for you. I love creating the items but I will not and do not rush to produce an item that is ultimately beneath the standard of what I originally promised. Especially during the holiday season. Please take this into consideration. Prior to making your purchase.
